  11.   The following list is based on information from Masumi Abe, Norm Walsh
  12.   and many others. I (Don Hosek) have been calling vendors and attempting
  13.   to make sure information is up to date. I have removed a number of
  14.   vendors who do not sell fonts. Fonts bundled with applications (e.g.,
  15.   the bitmap fonts which are part of Quicken) are not considered enough
  16.   to merit inclusion in the list. Also, a number of the vendors on the
  17.   list actually were selling various printing software but no fonts per
  18.   se and were likewise removed.  Finally, some companies seem to have
  19.   disappeared, most likely gone out of business. I've indicated the
  20.   verification date of any information which appears on the list. I would
  21.   appreciate aid in contacting those companies which are listed as
  22.   unverified (particularly companies outside the US). Please send updates
